A comprehensive security system has been established by Incontrade Ltd’s own security force recruited mostly from retired defence personnel along with private security. The security force is also well trained for fire fighting.

1. 1. The facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified and also ISPS and C-TPAT/GSV compliant.
2. 2. Entire ICD and CFS area is under comprehensive coverage of CCTV. A CCTV monitoring room has been set up for round-the-clock monitoring of 365 CC Cameras covered area. 90 days backup is maintained for investigation purpose.
3. 3. Equipped with modern fire fighting portable equipment and fire hydrant.
4. 4. Insurance coverage for CFS cargo against cyclone and fire.
5. 5. Multistage photography is maintained throughout the stuffing operation.
6. 6. GPS based Vehicle Tracking System has been set up with a control room manned round the clock.
7. 7. Steel protection barriers have been fixed to all trailers so that doors of the laden containers cannot be opened during transit between ICD and the Port vice-versa.
8. 8. Mobile vehicle security patrol is operating on the road between Port and ICD to monitor the movement of trailers during night.
