Incontrade Limited, an Inland container Depot (ICD) and Container Freight Station (CFS) located at Laldiar Char, East Patenga, Chittagong is about 8 (eight) kilometers away from Chittagong Port along the road and 5 (five) kilometers away along the river. The ICD is located on the Western Bank of the river Karnaphuli.

The ICD is situated much above the flood level. The CFS floor is 5 feet above the yard level and the yard is 6 feet higher than the runway of the Shah Amanat International Airport ensuring safe storage of export in CFS and containers in the yard even in case of highest flooding in the river Karnaphuli.
